Event Description

The goal of this training is to describe the logical connections between the components of a logic model and the essential elements of an effective success story. The 2-hour training consists of two units—the first unit describes the logic model as an effective tool for program planning and demonstrate how to align program activities with expected outcomes. The second unit describes the success story as an effective tool for communicating program impact and illustrates sequential progression from program planning to program evaluation and reporting. Both units include group-based learning activities, and there will be a break between the two units.
