This workshop will provide Extension faculty/specialists and associates with best practices and key steps in planning for program impact. The workshop will also illustrate how to use the logic model to align program activities with expected outcomes. Workshop activities will highlight the logical connections between the components of a logic model and the essential elements of a success story and demonstrate the sequential progression from program planning to program evaluation and reporting. The 2-hour workshop will include intermittent group-based learning activities.
