KERS Session Manager Help
In-service proposals can only be submitted by Session Managers.
Email agpsd@lsv.uky.edu to request permission in KERS to be a Session Manager. This is only allowed for Extension Specialists, Associates or other Administrative roles.
An Extension Agent cannot be a Session Manager.
If you are a Session Manager, see the image below and please read here for more details on Submitting an In-Service Proposal.
If there is a need to cancel a session, first send an e-mail message to the list of enrollees notifying them that the session will be cancelled. Second, email agpsd@lsv.uky.edu to request the cancellation of the session (the session will be marked accordingly in the In-service catalog).
- After choosing Post Attendance in the In-service portion of KERS, search for the in-service you wish to post attendance for.
- Choose the in-service and select the Blue button in the right-hand side of the table that reads Post Attendance.
- Place checkmarks in the boxes to the right of the names of those who attended.
- Make sure you click Submit, located under the list of names to save your selections.

The evaluations are available for attendees who have registered in KERS in their Historical Transcript, which is available under In-Service Training in KERS. Accessing the results of those evalutions is as follows:
- Enter the KERS System using your LinkBlue login ID and password (https://kers.ca.uky.edu).
- Select My Activity from the menu on the left.
- Then select In-service Training under the My Activity section.
- Select Post Attendance located at the top of the page and you will have a screen similar to this:
- On the right, you can see that one of these in-services has a Green button for Evaluation Results and the other does not. This is because the Grains Update did not have any attendees complete the evaluation. Click the Green button, if it appears, for this information:
- Below is what you will see as the Evaluation Results. You can view individual responses by date or down load a csv file of all responses.
